I was very happy with the new patio put in by T&R Paving Ltd. Tom came round to our house and gave us a free quote then was able to book the job in a couple of weeks later! Great timing as the end of the summer. The team needed to lift a Wendy house and quite a lot of garden furniture off an existing (rotting) decking but they did it! Once the decking was gone, they identified a problem with the damp course at the back of the house and set out my options to treat it (which they also did). They cleared the old wooden decking we bought with the house (and all the rubbish which someone had dumped underneath it). They then put the new patio in, including a new brick feature flowerbed. All in less than three days (Thursday to Saturday). The team were able to meet our needs including helping to move furniture back onto the new patio a couple of weeks later. They used quality materials and ensured proper drainage. I wanted a quality job for a family home and they delivered - thank you!

I don't even want to give this company 1 star. There work is shabby & like other people do not want to come back to remedy there shabby work. Avoid like the plague.

Within a few months of completion, our driveway started sprouting. Now 18 months later it is literally covered in grass and weeds of various types. It is embarassing! My neighbours on both sides had their drives paved over 10 years ago but do not have anywhere near the carpet of green we have. I have called, texted, emailed and sent pictures of the terrible state of my drive, regularly since June 8th but T&R will not come round despite assurances that they would. They know they have done a terrible job but do not care. They have stopped responding. If you want my advice: avoid this company like the plague. Their sales patter about the quality of their work and their 10 year guarantee is worthless and untrue. I am very frustrated having to contemplate getting my drive completely relaid having paid out a lot of money 18 months ago!

We have just had our front drive replaced with block paving. We saw their work done on our neighbours driveways. The guys come on site and work non stop our driveway was completed within two days. Excellent work by a fantastic team led by Patric, they were extremely polite, respectful and friendly. We are over the moon and would definitely recommend.

Booked in with Simon before Christmas, I had got several quotes from other businesses but Simon beat all quotes and also assured me of their reputable company and their standard of work the team deliver, his confidence is proven in the quality of the work I have had done. They booked in and were with us for a week, the team are polite, hard working men who are extremely professional and kept me involved throughout the process. The work they done was beyond any of my expectations going the extra mile to do the finishing touches, no request was a problem. Simon and Patrick checked in throughout the week to also check I was happy with the work being done. I would highly recommend them, such a lovely team that has transformed my garden and drive! I am so so happy with the results and have had several compliments of how good it looks since. 5 stars all round and wouldnt hesitate to use them again."

Very mixed experience. On the positives, the block drive looks great, well laid and done very quickly by the tea. On the downside, the joint between the drive and pavement is poorly laid tarmac that eroded away very quickly. Most disapointingly they have no interest in trying to remedy the problem, despite repeated contact with them. Also, the promised written guarantee has never materialised. I think the lesson if you use this company is to hold a retention element of the price until you are completely satisfied.
