Problem with the oven tripping the main RCD, dropped a request to Bryans Domestics and received a response within about half an hour. He popped round the same day and was only in the house 10 minutes. All done and dusted with a new heating element and a very reasonable bill. I left a message on the website on Sunday night on behalf of my nana and by Monday morning someone had rang her and arranged the best time to come by and fix her appliances! Steve was very quick to respond to my call for help. On his first visit he promptly diagnosed the problem and arranged to order the required spare part, which arrived in a week. On his second visit, he installed the new part and tested the machine to ensure it worked properly. Bryans Domestic Appliance Services responded to my e mail promptly. I made an appointment to have my washing machine breakdown looked at in person. Bryans attended at the appointed time and were polite and efficient. Very knowledgeable of the type of machine and were able to diagnose and fix the problem within one hour of arriving. They even had the new parts on board their service van. Whilst in attendance I asked if they were able to fix a hinge problem on a fitted fridge freezer. They ordered the parts there and then and two days later they returned to fit them. Its as good as new now. Nothing was to much trouble and I would recommend them without hesitation for any electrical repairs.
